Ready for some disco soup?

Disco Soup is a global initiative born within the Slow Food movement, created to raise awareness about food waste by transforming leftover ingredients into tasty dishes, all in a friendly and joyful atmosphere.

Our event perpetuates this spirit: a friendly space where you can cook, dance and exchange ideas while using unsold vegetables sourced directly from local producers.

This activity is organised in partnership with LuxDoc, an association for young researchers and people interested in science.
