Classes are based on a classic Hatha Yoga practice, where weâll give an extra importance to the breathing processes and relaxation. We will work on spine strengthening primarily, train our pelvic floor, do neck&chest relief exercises and lots of letting go đ
Relaxation and harmonization are the end of every session, and for that, we mostly enjoy the sound of subtle instruments in Shavasana. Itâs a moment for a deep rest which indeed has healing effects on our being.
