Research-based, combining mindfulness practices with behavioral psychology and learnings with trauma-informed embodiment practices. No woo-woo stuff, unless you ask for it:)

HOW DO DEEP DIVE MEETINGS LOOK LIKE?

Each session we meet for 30 minutes for a bite-sized pieces of learning, and to sit together in an embodied practice, mindfulness meditation, or any other somatic practice that spontaneously arises in the group.

While achieving a state of calm on the meditation cushion may be fulfilling, true value arises when we can integrate the learning and the insights into our often chaotic everyday life.

The beauty of what we practice in Deep Dive is that it seamlessly intertwines somatic practices with the ebb and flow of daily life.

Through embodied presence and practice we become our best coaches and therapists for deep transformation.

We meet online via ZOOM, and when the weather permits, we also meet LIVE in Luxembourg.

We meet every other Friday of the month at 12.30 CET. On some weeks the event is cancelled, so please check on my website before joining.
