Another yummy, deep-dive embodied play workshop is coming up!
**************************************
On Sunday 11th October, we will playfully explore the theme:
moving between closeness and distance
Too close?! Or too far?!
(or: get away from me!! …Please don’t leave me…!
– who doesn’t know this interesting human paradox)
Come discover where is your healthy balance, and what may feel challenging for you – in a non-judgemental environment.
The playful element and the connection to our bodies allow us to remain creative with potentially difficult or “freezing” topics, and instead move between these different states in an embodied and intuitive way, thus, allowing a sense of ease, curiosity and freedom
**************************************
So: What is embodied play?
*) a blend of playfulness, creative exploration, touch, and conscious movement
*) a place for expression via our bodies – a place for self-empowerment (“free to be your playful, authentic self”) – and a co-created, consensual space
*) a place to connect – to relate – to feel – and to play!
**************************************
When? – Sunday 11th October 2026, 14-18h
(arrival at 13:45, so that we can start on time together)
Where? – in Nommern, at Stella Bodywork
Registration & questions via dm on whatsapp: +352621655892
Costs: donation-based – either payconiq, paypal or cash

More about the “embodied play” layout:
*) the 1st half: is a mix of guided activities and of intuitive, playful exploration in movement – so that we get out of the head, and into the body, and connect to our creative and spontaneous selves. Sometimes on your own, sometimes in pairs, sometimes with the group.
*) the 2nd half: is playful fighting in a safe container
playfighting can take on many different qualities, and it is everyone’s freedom to choose what feels right for them: more energised and competitive, more silly, soft and funny, or affectionate, mindful and slow. Or, of course: trying to steal someone’s socks!
It is not a sexual space, but a place for conscious, safe connections.
we will naturally flow with what feels authentic in the moment
– it is an opportunity to connect with yourself, with another person, and with the group in a relational, co-created space
– a non-verbal, embodied experience with moments of sharing, where everyone’s YES and NO are valued and respected
– you only go as far as feels right for you (“pause” will be our favorite word!)
– playful doesn’t equal fun or good mood (although it definitely can be!), but much rather means finding different, unusual or creative ways to move, express and be with a range of emotions and sensations (and if that means just lying on the floor like a potato! )
**************************************
Good to know:
What to wear? – comfy clothes that you can move in.
– when sensitive: long sleeves to protect your elbows and knees. Possibly knee-pads (we are padding the floor with mattresses, but take good care of your own safety)
What to bring? – a bottle of water, a snack, a blanket, curiosity, your honest self, and a little sass
Good vibes only? – Nope, all feelings are welcome!

Contact me with any questions (especially the ones you feel are too awkward to ask 😉 )
Looking forward to playing with you!
