After a wonderful 1st workshop, I am happy to announce the 2nd edition of embodied play on 7th June!
(in German, if everyone speaks German, otherwise in English)
What is embodied play?
*) a blend of creative exploration, playfulness, touch and conscious movement
*) a place for embodied expression – for self-empowerment (free to be your playful self) – and a co-created safe space
*) a place to connect – relate – feel – and play!
When? – 7th June 2026, 14-18h
(arrival at 13:45, so that we can start on time together)
Where? – Nommern, Stella Bodywork
Costs: donation-based – either payconiq, paypal or cash.
Registration & questions via dm on whatsapp: +352621655892
More about the “embodied play” layout:
– 1st half: a mix of guided activities and intuitive, playful exploration, getting us out of the head, and into the body, connecting to our intuitive, creative expression
– 2nd half: playful fighting, within a safe container. You only go as far as feels right for you (“pause” will be our favorite word!)
-> the playful fighting can range from competitive (with awareness), silly, affectionate to intuitive and slow. It is not a sexual space, but a place for conscious connection.
– we will naturally flow between fun, creative and light, and mindful, slow, and attuned.
– connect with yourself, with another person, and with the group in a relational, co-created space.
– Non-verbal, embodied experience, moments of sharing, and always (!) the option to take a moment for yourself
– playful doesn’t equal fun or good mood, but much rather means finding different, unusual or creative ways to move, express and be with a range of emotions (and if that means just lying on the floor like a potato! )
What to wear? – comfy clothes that you can move in.
When sensitive: long sleeves to protect your elbows and knees.
What to bring? – bottle of water, a snack, a blanket, curiosity, your honest self, and a little sass
Good vibes only? – Nope, all feelings are welcome
Contact me with any questions (especially the ones you feel are too awkward to ask)
Looking forward to playing with you!
