We invite you to an initiation course of 5 workshops to get self knowledge and self awareness.

To dwelve into oneself is to understand our history, our current choices, our limitations but also our potentialities, those that are often asleep and masked by the emotional and social conditioning we all face.

To unmask this conditioning is to allow these potentialities to revive and give shape to them, so that our present and future life is freer and in accord with ourselves.

 

Combining our 2 approaches that are body-mind therapy and transpersonal psychology, we invite you to explore your being through creative exercises, body movement, guided meditation, self-observation, mutual therapy, .. .

 

In the program:

 

 - Sunday 30/09/18 - 10h-18h: Family ties and the child / parent relationship as emotional and social conditioning: awareness and repair

 

- Sunday 28/10/18 - 10h-18h: The inner child: from infantile wound to innate spontaneity

 

- Sunday 25/11/18 - 10h-18h: The adult that we have become, the personality that we developed through the archetypes and our social masks

 

- Sunday 16/12/18 - 10h-18h: Affective and social relations: become aware of the roles we play on a daily basis and what are our projections on others to leave them for more authenticity

 

- Sunday 20/01/18 - 10h-18h: The relationship with our inner and deep being: how to potentiate it
