 rom six weeks after giving birth\, with their babies\, up to crawling age.
 \n\nYoga focuses on appreciating the body after childbirth and relaxing th
 e mind.\n\nPregnancy (the weight of the baby)\, childbirth (physically and
  psychologically)\, and breastfeeding (opening up) change a woman’s body
 \, particularly the pelvic floor. Giving birth and life with a newborn are
  new challenges. Especially during this special time\, it is important not
  to always put our own needs last. Yoga allows us to take a deep breath\, 
 regain strength\, find our own centre again\, and bring body and mind into
  harmony.\n\nThe exercises are simple and adapted to address our bodies wh
 ile also strengthening the pelvic floor and core muscles after childbirth.
